Boots and Brews

Zoo Miami’s Boots & Brews is back on April 5th, 2025, from 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM, and we’re bringing together the best BBQ food trucks, trailers, and smokers—plus a couple of other standout food trucks—to serve an audience that loves country vibes, craft brews, and great eats. This annual event draws a hungry crowd, making it a prime opportunity to showcase your food!

Artisan Fee: $75

What We’re Looking For:
🔥 BBQ food trucks, trailers, and smokers
🍔 2 additional food trucks (any cuisine, no BBQ)
🚛 Self-contained setups only – no tents or external cooking areas
3 to 4 Artisans specializing BBQ related products: Hot Sauce, Honey, Jams, Cutting Boards, Spices, etc.
