Fridays are for community, and there’s no better place to gather than West Miami Food Truck Friday! Held at the recreation center basketball courts, this monthly recurring neighborhood tradition blends a relaxed, upscale, and family-friendly outdoor experience with a highly curated selection of local food.  

West Miami Food Truck Friday provides an intimate, easygoing atmosphere for local food makers to connect with the community. Families, young professionals, and local residents look forward to grabbing dinner, spending time outdoors, and enjoying this consistent neighborhood event without the crowded, festival-like feel.

📍 Location: Recreation Center Basketball Courts – 1700 SW 62nd Ave, Miami, FL 33155.  

📅 Event Schedule: Every 3rd Friday of the month, starting September 18, 2026.  

⏰ Event Hours: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM.  

Vendor Rates & Guidelines

💰 Pricing: $100 standard vendor fee.  

Space Provided: Custom space sizes; double or oversized booths are not offered.  

Tent Policy: No tents are permitted, and no stakes are allowed.  

Electricity: Generators are strictly required for power and are permitted subject to noise limits.  

Parking: Parking is available via an on-site lot and street parking.

Curated Focus: We maintain an intimate size with a strict capacity of exactly 5 food trucks. To ensure variety and success for our vendors, no duplicate food categories are permitted.  

Food Vendor Compliance: We require all vendors to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) and secure all relevant food licenses for our records.  

Weather Policy: Rain or shine event.  

Preferred Vendor Categories

To keep the market highly curated and profitable for everyone, capacity is strictly targeted to 5 total vendors. We are actively seeking:  

🍽️ Prepared Foods: 3 vendor slots available.  

🍰 Desserts: 2 vendor slots available.  

(Please note this is a food-heavy event; produce, crafts, home goods, apparel, and informational vendors are not being accepted at this time.)
