Williams Island, an 80-acre luxury private residential community home to 5,000 residents in Aventura, is hosting a Block Party every 3rd Friday of the month from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM!

Vendor Fee: $40
We are currently seeking 13 vendors specializing in food, beverages, artisan goods, crafts, and boutique-style products to participate in this event. Please note that electricity is not available. Quiet generators are permitted. Food trucks and CBD products are not allowed.
This is a luxury community. Vendors are expected to maintain a polished and professional appearance. Booths must be clean, well-organized, and inviting to ensure a high-quality experience for attendees.
