While Friday night’s Chef Showdown celebrates the ultimate chef competition LIVE, Saturday’s festival is about finding the BEST OF THE BEST seafood restaurant throughout South Florida.

At the Seafood Slam, Best of the Best Fest, not only will guests enjoy a delectable array of seafood delights, paired with all your favorite enjoyments that the South Beach Seafood Festival day annually entailed, but YOU, the guests, will become part of the excitement and the competition among the participating restaurants. It's a quest to find the best of the best dish at the festival, where talented restaurant teams together will showcase their culinary expertise and creativity providing 2-3 menu items to indulge and try to garner YOUR vote. Your ticket to the Seafood Slam is ALL-INCLUSIVE, but there will be some upgrades available inside. Stone crabs and select lobster/steak pairings will be available for purchase on-site and are not included. Restaurants will have premium menu items available for upgrades and purchase on-site.

Join Miami’s top executive chefs for an evening of competitive culinary cook-offs, where YOU are the judge as you indulge in endless seafood and cocktails because tickets are completely all-inclusive!

In a perfect combination of competition-level cuisine, tropically fresh cocktails, and live entertainment, the Chef Showdown tours guests through the BEST of Miami’s culinary scene with the ultimate BEACH BASH meets Chef SHOWDOWN, thanks to the help of Sounds by Yissel. Hosted inside the VIP Hospitality Village and #SobeSeafood Week’s GOYA Culinary Pavilion, 14-16 chefs will go head-to-head in seven unique seafood showdowns and before you hit the pavilion, chefs will host battle pavilions where YOU sip, sample and VOTE on your favorites. And when we say sample, we mean “Good Luck trying to finish all 14-16 dishes”!
