Exhibitor Information

Load-in begins Friday, March 17th at 8:00 A.M. All cars must be cleared from Ocean Drive by 12 P.M. 

Ocean Drive will be closed to traffic flow from 5th Street through 14th Street. Exhibitor entrance points will be at 10th Street and at 13th Street depending on your booth location. Vehicle Vendor passes must be displayed on your vehicles dashboard. Click here to download the Vehicle Vendor Pass. Your booth number must be manually written. 

Booth Space numbers 701 through 909 will enter through 10th street and exit through 5th street. Booth space numbers 1001 through 1118 will enter through 13th street and exit through 10th street. Booth spaces numbers will be displayed at the rear of the tent and will be color coded. See Booth Assignment tab for more information regarding your booth number. 

Exhibitors may drive up to their assigned booth space to unload their products. Parallel park your vehicle directly in front of your booth space on a parking spot refraining from parking on the street to allow for other exhibitors to pass. 

After unloading and before setup of the booth storefront, exhibitors are asked to park their vehicles and return to their booth space to begin their display; please see "Parking" tab for additional information regarding where to park. Street Parking on Ocean Drive is prohibited. 

Your booth storefront must be complete by 3:30 P.M. All products must be contained inside your assigned booth space and bins/containers must be out of site, no exceptions.
