TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Application

Applications do not guarantee a space at an event. 

Exclusivity is not guaranteed to any one vendor, but precautions will be taken to limit duplication of similar items and spacing out vendors with similar products.

Payments are due 24 hours after being accepted. The vendor will receive an additional 24 hours if the initial payment has not been received within the 24 hour time frame. After the 48 hours have passed, the vendor space opens to other potential vendors. 

Vendors are responsible for protection of their property. Miami Friendors will not be responsible for damaged/stolen property. 

In consideration of Miami Friendors agrees to allow them use of uploaded images, promotional materials and photographs taken during the market for purposes of promoting any other event that may need promoting. 

Rain or Shine

Unless otherwise determined by the specific event promoter, all events are considered RAIN or SHINE. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.

Event is non-refundable, non-creditable, and non-transferable regardless of time or circumstance. This includes, but is not limited to: cancellation due to Covid or other illness diagnosis or exposure; a change in availability on booked date; weather-related concerns or other acts of nature; booth staffing issues; vehicle issues; emergencies; scheduling & travel mishaps; or any other possible issues that may prevent participation.

Event is Rain or Shine. Event will not be cancelled or postponed based on inclement weather. Vendors concerned with setting up / participating in inclement weather should opt for a fully indoor market.

In the event of *severe* weather (Hurricanes, Tropical Storms, etc.), the events are sometimes postponed. In the case of postponement, refunds or credits are not a guarantee and at the discretion of Miami Friendors. 

Liability and Damages

Vendors will be provided an empty space and must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, extension cords, display, etc. You are responsible for any damages caused by your company to the building, attendees or other vendors.

Vendors are fully responsible for their own personal property. Neither Miami Friendors LLC nor the venue will assume liability for any losses that you may incur. 

Vendors are required to stay for the duration of the event. 

Refunds

Vendor application and vending fees are non-refundable. 

In the case that you have to cancel or simply cannot attend please email hello@miamifriendors.com as soon as possible. Day-of cancellations and no-shows without any communication will affect future acceptances. 

In the event that you need to cancel your attendance at least three days prior to an event due to an emergency, we understand your circumstances. To process a rollover, we require proper documentation supporting the emergency situation, such as medical certificates or official letters.

Day of Event

In the event that you need to cancel your attendance at least three days prior to an event due to an emergency, we understand your circumstances. To process a rollover, we require proper documentation supporting the emergency situation, such as medical certificates or official letters.

Vendors are required to be present for the entirety of the event, as specified in the market's informational materials detailed on this page, the application page, and the acceptance email. Departure prior to the designated end time may result in disqualification from future markets hosted by Miami Friendors or other organizations. Vendors are expected to remain present for the full duration of the event, regardless of the event's outcome. Upholding this requirement is a condition of participation in the market and is necessary for the professional execution of any event.

$25 Market Events

$25 Markets are a style of market we provide that accommodates 2 to 5 vendors. They are locations for vendors to set up shop for the brewery guestsMiami Friendors does not guarantee that the brewery will have guests the day of the market. 

Vendors understand that it is their full responsibility to research the venue for it's location and surrounding neighborhood(s) as all venues have different atmospheres, different style of guests, and different surroundings. 

This option is provided by Miami Friendors as a way to test various locations to find a venue that suits the vendor. 

The vendor understands that Miami Friendors will not place focus on promoting these events as they are hosted by the brewery itself. The brewery allows vendors to showcase their work at a low cost so that they can meet new clientele. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to promote the event and/or network with the guests of the brewery and NOT the responsibility of Miami Friendors. 

Zoo Miami 

No CBD products, food, dessert, or beverage vendors are permitted. Vendors are not allowed to sell products with styrofoam or plastic. There is no access to electricity. Miami Friendors reserves the right to refuse set up to any vendor that is approved and does not adhere to the NO STYROFOAM or PLASTIC run.

1. ALL SPACES WILL BE ASSIGNED BY MIAMI FRIENDORS STAFF.

Space rental is for a 10x10. If additional space is needed, a second rental is required. Assignments of spaces will be done on a first come first serve basis.  

2. Booth SET-UP begins at 8am. Setup must be complete by 9:40 AM. Late arrivals will have NO REFUNDS and forfeit space and all fees. No exceptions. 

3. Event hours are from 10 to 5 PM. Vendors must be present with their work until 5:00pm. Vendors must be off the Zoo Miami property by 6 PM. YOUR VENDOR SPACE MUST BE LEFT CLEAN.

4. Fees include space only, you must bring your own tent(s), table(s), chair(s), etc. Be prepared for any type of weather. Tents, canopies, and pop-ups must be secured with weights. There is no electricity. 

5. Unless otherwise determined by Zoo Miami and/or Miami Friendors, all events are considered RAIN or SHINE. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather. The vendor understands that there are no refunds, cancellations, or rollovers. 

6. Vendor application and vending fees are non-refundable. No exceptions.
