Join us for an unforgettable evening at the 95th Street Park! It's officially accepting vendor applications for our special Night Market and Concert series. This community-focused event combines a high-end curated market with world-class live entertainment.

The Main Stage: Frank Croquer
We are going out with a bang! This session features the vibrant and passionate Frank Croquer. A Venezuelan-born, Miami-based sensation, Croquer is recognized as one of the most compelling voices of the new generation of salsa singers.

The performance begins at 7:00 PM. Expect an evening that transitions from romantic, soulful bolero ballads to high-energy, "get-on-your-feet" salsa hits from icons like Carlos Vives and Juan Luis Guerra.

• An outdoor, family-friendly community gathering. We expect 300+ attendees from affluent neighboring areas including Bal Harbour, Surfside, and Indian Creek Village.

We are looking for a curated mix of artisans, crafters, and food creators. Please note that we do not accept informational-only vendors.

Vendor Fees:
◦ Artisans & Crafters: $40 

◦ Food & Beverage: $60 


Setup Requirements:
◦ Tents: Professional 10x10 white tents only. 

◦ Weights: Tents must be secured with 40lb weights on each leg. 

◦ Electricity: No power is provided. 

◦ Generators: Only silent generators are permitted. 


Logistics:
◦ Setup Time: 4:00 PM. 

◦ Parking: Free parking is available in the garage. 

◦ Unloading: There is no direct unloading at the vendor stalls. Vendors must bring wagons to transport items from the garage to their designated space. 


Policy: This is a Rain or Shine event. All fees are non-refundable.
