Carnaval on the Mile

The 27th Annual Carnaval on the Mile is returning to Miracle Mile in Coral Gables on Saturday, March 7, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Sunday, March 8, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.


This two-day celebration offers:
Art Exhibitions: Over 150 artists showcasing paintings, sculptures, photography, jewelry, and crafts.
Live Music: Performances across three stages, featuring jazz, funk, rock, and Latin jazz.
Culinary Delights: A variety of food and drinks from local vendors and restaurants.
Family Fun: Kid-friendly activities in the Kidz Nook, including games and performances.


We’re seeking talented artists and crafters to join us as vendors. Here’s what you need to know:
Who We’re Looking For:
Artists in all mediums and crafters specializing in jewelry, woodwork, candles, plants, and more.
Participation Requirements: Vendors must be present both days of the event.
Booth Setup: White tents are required. Example here.
Electricity & Lighting: Carnaval provides one outlet per booth, but vendors must bring their own lighting and 12-gauge (or thicker) extension cords, no exceptions.
Application Fee: $35 (You will be prompted to pay the application fee after your application has been submitted.)



Vendor Fee Options:
Package A: Booth Space 10’ x 10’ (space only) - Rental Fee: $750 - Bring your own white tent (and sidewalls if needed)

Package B: Booth Space 10’ x 10’Fee: $750 - Standard White Tent Rental: $375 - Total: $1,125 (tent only, no sidewalls)

Sidewalls for Package B:Standard 10’ x 10’ sidewall rental fee: $100(Only available for tent rentals)

Package C: Booth Space 10’ x 10’Booth Fee: $750 - Festival High Peaked Tent Rental: $475 - Total: $1,225 (14 available, first come first serve)

Sidewalls for Single High Peaked Tent (10’ x 10’):Rental Fee: $120

Package D: Booth Space 10’ x 20’ (space only) - Fee: $1,500 - Bring your own white tent

Package E: Booth Space 10’ x 20’Fee: $1,500 - Festival High Peaked Tent Rental: $575 - Total: $2,075

Sidewalls for Package E (High Peaked 10’ x 20’ Tent):Rental Fee: $180

Corner Supplement:Total of 8 corners for Fine Arts and 8 for Crafts (first come first serve) - Additional Fee: $250
Note: Some corners are 10’ spaces between tents, not actual street corners

Important Note:
Pro panels and dome tents will NOT be provided for this event. Vendors requiring these items must bring or arrange their own.

For vendors with rented tents only, sidewalls are available for rent separately, subject to availability.
