📋 Vendor Requirements

💰 Vendor Pricing (Introductory Rates)
10x10 Tent: $150 per market
$125 per day when signing up for 4 consecutive markets
6-ft Table with White Umbrella: $85 per market
$75 per day when signing up for 4 consecutive markets
⏱️ Setup & Breakdown
Setup begins: 8 AM
All setup must be completed by: 10 AM
Vendors arriving after 9:30 AM will forfeit their space
Breakdown: Begins at 4 PM

Active promotion across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Short-form video content leading up to each market
Event listed on Eventbrite as a free event to maximize reach
Collaborations with local influencers and partner shops
Exterior banners to capture neighborhood foot traffic
endors will receive shareable content to repost and help amplify visibility
📩 Application & Approval
Approved vendors will receive confirmation within 5 days of applying
Payment required within 2 days of approval to secure space
📆Vendors are encouraged to apply early as space is limited
