🎃 Halloween Fun Night – Vendor Opportunity
Get ready for a spooktacular evening at David Fairchild Elementary’s Halloween Fun Night! This exciting community event draws nearly 1,000 guests each year, making it a fantastic opportunity for vendors to showcase their food and support our school.
📅 Event Date: October 17, 2025
📍 Location: DFE Teacher Parking Lot – 5757 SW 45th St, Miami, FL 33155
⏰ Set-Up Time: 5:00 PM
⏰ Event Time: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
💲 Vendor Fee: $150

Checks may be mailed or dropped off at the school’s front office.
🚚 Food Truck Information
A total of 3 food trucks will be accepted.
No desserts at this time (updates will be provided if this changes).
No pizza – the 5th graders will be selling pizza as part of their fundraiser.
Kid-friendly options are strongly encouraged!
