Vendor Rates & Guidelines

💰 Pricing & Space Setup

Vendor Fee: $100 per day

Space Provided: 10' x 10' outdoor tent space

Tent Weight Requirement: Tents are required and must be weighted with 20 lbs per leg.

Electricity: Limited electricity is available upon reservation. Silent generators only.

Parking: Designated vendor parking area available on-site (Free parking for all attendees and vendors).

🚫 Rules & Exclusivity

Handmade & Artisan Only: We prioritize authentic local makers and handcrafted products. Resale and wholesale items are strictly prohibited.

NO Food or Beverage Vendors: The Berry Farm handles all food and beverage offerings. No outside food, drinks, coffee, smoothies, ice cream, acai bowls, or baked goods permitted.

Setup Rules: No food trucks/trailers in vendor spots and no open flames.

Preferred Vendor Categories

To keep the market curated and profitable for everyone, capacity is strictly limited to 18–20 vendors per weekend. We are seeking local makers in:

🪵 Home & Craft: Pottery, woodworking, home décor, seasonal items, and leather goods

🧵 Apparel & Kids: Boutique clothing, accessories, pet products, kids' toys, and educational items

🎨 Art & Plants: Original artwork, prints, plants, and succulents

🎈 Interactive Services: Hair tinsel, face painting, balloon twisting, and live crafts
