The Immaculate Conception Annual Carnival returns for three exciting days of rides, games, entertainment, and community fun. This family-friendly event brings together school families, parish members, alumni, and neighbors for a lively weekend with consistent foot traffic throughout the grounds.
Local makers, artists, and small businesses are invited to apply to participate as vendors and showcase their products during the carnival.

✨ 3-Day Vendor Space — $200

• Includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
✨ 1-Day Vendor Space (Sunday Only) — $80
• 10x10 space
• Sunday participation only
🛠️ Vendors must bring their own tent, table, and setup.
⏰ Event Hours
📅 Friday, January 9: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
📅 Saturday, January 10: 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM
📅 Sunday, January 11: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
🕑 Vendor setup begins 2 hours prior to the start of each event day.
📌 Vendor Guidelines
• All items must be original or handcrafted by the vendor applying
• Wholesale or mass-produced items are not permitted
• Vendors must remain open during event hours
• Booths must be kept neat and professional
• Vendors are responsible for their own equipment and electrical needs
• Booth spaces are non-refundable once approved
