Vendor Rates & Guidelines

💰 Pricing & Space Setup Vendor Fee: FREE. (Note: Double/oversized booths are not offered).

Space Provided: 10x10 outdoor space.

Tent & Setup Requirement: Organizers provide a large shared tent, so vendors do not need to bring tents.

Organizers also provide 1 6ft table and 2 chairs; vendors may bring up to 2 additional 6ft tables to form a U-shape. Electricity: Electricity is not available. Generators are permitted with noise limits.

Parking: On-site lot available. Accessible parking is also available on-site.

🚫 Rules & Exclusivity

Curated & Artisan Focused: We prioritize a curated mix of handmade, "cutesy" artisan vendors.

There are limited categories and no duplicate categories permitted.

Food & Beverage Restrictions: No open flame, no amplified sound, and no alcohol permitted without a permit.

Food vendors must have food insurance and provide a COI.

Food trucks must coordinate with organizers to avoid duplicate menu offerings.

Setup Rules: Certificate of Insurance (COI) required for food vendors.  

Preferred Vendor Categories

To keep the market curated and balanced, capacity is strictly limited to 30 vendors.

We are seeking local makers and farmers-market-style vendors in:

🍓 Food & Drink: Produce / Farm / Plants, Desserts & Baked Goods, Beverages, Specialty Packaged Goods, and limited Prepared Food.

🪴 Artisan, Home & Fashion: Jewelry / Accessories, Candles / Home Goods, Wellness / Skincare, Apparel / Boutiques, and other Handmade / Artisan Goods.

🎨 Art, Pets & Family: Art / Prints, Pet Products & Accessories, and Family / Children’s Products.

Vendor mix: Priority will be given to artisan, handmade, “cutesy,” and farmers-market-style vendors. Pet-related offerings are welcome, but the market should maintain a diverse mix and not be exclusively dog-focused. Informational / non-selling vendors and heavily prepared-food-focused vendors may be limited.
