Oktoberfest in Sunrise

The City of Sunrise brings you an Oktoberfest Night Market and we’d love for you to be a part of it! This event will be full of good food, good drinks, and good vibes. We’re looking for vendors who want to bring the spirit of Oktoberfest to life.

🥨 What We’re Looking For
We’re curating a market full of Oktoberfest-themed goodies and fall fun. Here’s what we’re hoping to feature:
Fresh pretzels, sausages, schnitzel, roasted meats
Fall snacks, pastries, baked goods
Beer, cider, root beer (with proper permits!)
Handmade items, festive crafts, fall-themed decor
If your setup fits the vibe, we’d love to have you join us.

📅 Event Details
Date: October 4, 2025
Time: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Rain or shine)
Location: Village Art Plaza, 2260 NW 68th Ave, Sunrise, FL 33313
Setup: Starts at 3:00 PM
Breakdown: 9:00 PM
Parking: Free vendor parking around the plaza
Electricity: Not available at booths (but the area will be lit!)
Access: You won’t be able to drive up to your booth, so we highly recommend bringing a wagon or cart to make setup easier.

💸 Vendor Fees
10x10 Tent: $55
Food Truck: $100
Collective Inspection Fee for Food Vendors using propane ONLY: $250
Food trucks using propane or gas are required to complete a drop test inspection at the event. This fee is waived for trucks that operate using generators or solar power.
