The Pumpkin Spice Artisan Market is Miami's only indoor, AC'd fall market, coming to Miami Ironside on October 10th. We are curating a carefully selected lineup of local artisan vendors for a warm, design-forward fall market experience in one of Miami's most creative districts.

ABOUT THE MARKET

The Pumpkin Spice Artisan Market is a handmade-only, fully indoor artisan market presented by Miami Friendors at Miami Ironside in Miami's Upper Eastside. Every vendor is carefully selected to ensure a curated, high-quality experience for our shoppers.

We are actively seeking vendors in the following categories:

Skincare and wellness - body butters, sugar scrubs, lip balms

Fall-themed baked goods - this is an anchor category and we are actively looking for vendors with fall-inspired offerings such as pumpkin cookies, apple cider donuts, and spiced treats


All goods must be handmade or artisan. No resale, no mass-produced items, no direct sales brands.

Food vendors are not permitted at this event. The only food exception is fall-themed baked goods, pickled goods, honeys, jams, and jelly.

Electricity is available. No generators permitted. No tents, this is an indoor event.

Space assignments are confirmed in writing after your application is reviewed and approved.

GOOD TO KNOW

  • The event is fully indoors and air conditioned, no weather concerns on the day

  • Unloading is only permitted in the designated unload zone. Vendors who unload in the parking lot area will be ticketed.

  • Street parking is available nearby. Pay lots are also close.

  • All vendors are expected to remain set up for the full event hours from 11AM to 5PM.

  • Booth decor should align with the fall theme. Warm tones, natural textures, and fall elements are encouraged.

Is this a juried market?

Yes. Every application is reviewed and vendors are selected based on product quality, category fit, and alignment with the fall theme and overall market aesthetic.


Can I share a booth?

Booth sharing must be approved in advance. Both vendors must apply individually and note the shared booth request in their applications.


What is the refund policy?

Do I need to bring my own table and display?

Yes. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table, display, and all supplies unless a table space is purchased, in which case a 6ft table is provided.


Will electricity be available?

Yes. Electricity is available. No generators are permitted.
