⛺ Space Provided: Vendors are allowed one 6ft table. Double or oversized booths are not offered.

⛺ Tent & Display Requirements: No tents are permitted in the indoor venue. White table cloths that go to the floor only are a strict requirement.

⚡ Electricity: Available at select booths only. Generators are not permitted.

🚗 Parking: On-site lot with valet provided. Vendors are only allowed one spot per vendor through valet.

📋 Insurance & Licensing: Yes, insurance with specific coverage limits is required.

🚫 Site Restrictions: Handmade only; no trucks, no open flame, no amplified sound, and no alcohol without a permit.

🌧️ Weather Policy: Rain or shine.

Curated Vendor Categories

To offer residents a true mini farmers market experience right at their apartment complex, capacity is strictly limited to 5–7 local vendors. Priority is given to fresh, locally made, or farm-fresh products.

🍞 Bakery & Breads: Vendors offering sourdough and fresh breads, baked goods, and pastries.

🌿 Farm & Plants: Fresh produce, eggs, microgreens, fresh flowers, plants, and succulents.

🍯 Specialty Packaged Foods: Local honey, jams and preserves, olive oil, and specialty pantry items.

☕ Prepared Foods & Beverages: Prepared food, desserts, and beverages.

🐾 Pet Products: Pet products are welcomed for our local pet owners.

Note on Vendor Selection: To create a well-rounded mix and avoid duplicate categories, we are limiting or avoiding jewelry, boutiques, candles, permanent jewelry, general crafts, home goods, and informational/non-selling booths.
