Vendor Rates & Operational Guidelines

💰 Vendor Fee: FREE (Selected curated vendors)

⛺ Space Provided: 10' x 10' outdoor space

⛺ Tent & Display Requirements: Tents are required and must be strictly WHITE only. Tents must be secured with 40 lbs per leg (no ground stakes allowed). White table cloths that go to the floor only are a strict requirement.

⚡ Electricity: No on-site electricity available. Quiet generators are permitted within standard noise limits.

🚗 Parking: On-site parking with comped valet provided by the apartment complex (up to 2 cars allowed per vendor).

📋 Insurance & Licensing: Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required for all vendors. Food vendors must comply with local licensing.

🚫 Site Restrictions: No open flames, no food trucks, no amplified sound, and no alcohol sales without an approved permit.

🌧️ Weather Policy: Rain or shine event.

Note on Vendor Selection: To create a well-rounded mix and avoid duplicate categories, we are limiting or avoiding jewelry, boutiques, candles, permanent jewelry, general crafts, home goods, and informational/non-selling booths.
