📍 Location: Cooper Park – 5751 SW 16th St, Miami, FL 33155

📅 Event Schedule: Every 2nd Saturday of the Month (Starting September 12, 2026 until April 10, 2027)

⏰ Market Hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Vendor Setup: 7:00 AM)

Vendor Rates & Guidelines

💰 Pricing & Space Setup Vendor Fee:

$65 per day for Artisans & Crafters

$85 per day for Food & Beverage (Tents, Trucks, & Trailers)

Space Provided: 10' x 10' outdoor space (Double spaces available at standard rate per space)

Tent Weight Requirement: Tents are required, must be white or branded, and must be weighted with 40 lbs per leg.

Electricity: No electricity available on-site. Quiet generators permitted within noise limits.

Parking: Designated vendor parking area available via on-site lot and street parking (Free parking for attendees and vendors).

🚫 Rules & Requirements Handmade & Curated Focus: We prioritize authentic local makers, fresh produce, and unique goods.

Food Vendor Compliance: All food and beverage vendors must carry required local licenses and insurance. No alcohol sales permitted without an approved permit.

Weather Policy: Rain or shine event.

To keep the market curated and profitable for everyone, capacity is strictly targeted to 30 vendors per market. We are actively seeking local makers in:

🌿 Farm & Plants: Fresh fruit/vegetable produce, plants, flowers, and mushrooms

🍽️ Prepared Foods: Ready-to-eat tents, food trucks, gourmet snacks, cultural bites, and desserts

🍯 Specialty Packaged: Jams, honey, pickles, artisanal dips, sauces, and spices

💍 Artisan Goods: Handmade jewelry, candles, soaps, skincare, pottery, and home goods

🐾 Pet Products: Natural treats, accessories, and pet supplies

🎨 Art & Apparel: Original artwork, prints, boutique fashion, and upcycled goods
