All exhibitors must wait until the close of event (7:30 PM Sunday) to begin load out. The streets will NOT open. You are HIGHLY encouraged to bring a wagon for load out.

LOAD-IN

Load-in begins Saturday, March 7th at 4:00am. All cars must be cleared from Miracle Mile by 7:00am. The street will be shut down at this time. If your vehicle remains on the street, it will be towed.

Miracle Mile in Coral Gables will be closed to traffic flow from Le Jeune Road (SW 42nd Avenue) through Douglas Road. Exhibitor entrance points will be at Salzedo Street (North Entrance) and the Galiano (South Entrance). Vehicle Vendor passes must be displayed on your vehicles dashboard. Click here to download the Vehicle Vendor Pass. Your phone number must be manually written

Booth Space numbers 00 through 56 will enter through Salzedo North. Booth space numbers 57 through 133 will enter through Galiano South. See Booth Assignment tab for more information regarding your booth number.

Upon entering the festival grounds in your vehicle, you will check in with a Miami Friendors representative who will be stationed at the entrance.

To prevent traffic congestion on Miracle Mile, all exhibitors have been assigned staggered arrival times. Please arrive only at your designated time. Vehicles must be fully unloaded and cleared from the street by 7:00 AM.

Exhibitors may drive up to their assigned booth space to unload their products. Parallel park your vehicle directly in front of your booth space on a parking spot refraining from parking on the street to allow for other exhibitors to pass.

After unloading and before setup of the booth storefront, exhibitors MUST park their vehicles and return to their booth space to begin their display; please see "Parking" tab for additional information regarding where to park. Street Parking on Miracle Mile is prohibited.

There will be bagels from Einsteins Bagels and American coffee provided to exhibitors beginning at 8:00am at the Kiwanis of Little Havana tent.

Your booth storefront must be complete by 9:30am. All products must be contained inside your assigned booth space and bins/containers must be out of site, no exceptions.

BOOTH SETUP

BOOTH GUIDELINES

All tents must be white, no exceptions. Tents must be heavy-duty and built for durability, made with robust, weather-resistant materials like PVC or thick canvas, featuring a strong frame structure with metal poles. They should provide substantial coverage and reliable protection against varying weather conditions, making them suitable for events, markets, or long-term outdoor use; beach tents are not acceptable.

A 10x20 rental space must be configured using two 10x10 tents, as 10x20 tents are not allowed.

Individual booth assignments are at the sole discretion of Carnaval on the Mile organizational committee, including Miami Friendors and Kiwanis of Little Havana. Locations are not interchangeable.

Exhibitor’s materials must fit within the assigned booth space and may not obstruct walkways, sidewalk, and other exhibitors. Exhibitors are not to activate outside of their assigned booth space. Storefronts must remain open at all times during festival hours.

Except for reasonable breaks, all booths are to be staffed and “open for business” during such times as the festival is open to the public.

SIGNAGE

Each exhibitor will be provided with booth signage listing name and booth space number. Carnaval on the Mile Arts Festival requires the sign be displayed throughout the event in the upper right corner of the front of the booth facing the crowds.

Displays must be professional and aesthetically pleasing. No handwritten labels or signs.

ELECTRICITY

Although Carnaval on the Mile will provide electricity and 1 outlet per tent, artists must provide their own lights and extension cords. Extension cords must be 12 gauge or thicker (NO EXCEPTIONS) The City of Coral Gables will be checking all booths for this.

SUBLETTING
Subletting of space is strictly prohibited. The only company permitted to activate within a specific booth space is the one that was approved by Miami Friendors. Exhibitors may not share their booth space or use their space for any other reason without prior approval from Miami Friendors.

EXHIBITOR RESPONSIBILITY

All work exhibited must be original and handcrafted by the artist/crafter. Limited use of manufactured items will be allowed, (giclée’s, lithographs, serigraphs, mono prints, etc.).

All inventory, boxes, artworks, etc. must be contained within your booth space.

Exhibitors are responsible for their own property as well as furnishing their own tables, chairs, lights, credit card equipment, etc.

Exhibitors are responsible for their own insurance and protection of artwork/crafts and display. Kiwanis Club of Little Havana and Miami Friendors will not be responsible for damaged/stolen artwork or display.

Artists/Crafters are to maintain all packing boxes and other packing material off the sidewalks which are directly in front of the stores. Please keep these behind your tents or in your cars.

Exhibitor’s space must be left clean after packing up on Sunday night.

An artist/crafter that rents a tent and/or sidewalls is liable for damages that occur during the event. The tent rental company and artist/crafter shall decide the best way to deal with costs associated with any damage.

Miracle Mile Garage (Municipal Garage 4): Public garage with 360 spaces, disabled spots, and electric car charging
BAC Colonnade Garage: Garage located at 144 Aragon Ave.
Ten Argon - Garage: Garage located at 2355 Galiano St.
Giralda Place Garage: Garage located at 275 Giralda Ave.

You can also use parking reservation services like Parkopedia, ParkWhiz, SpotHero, and Premium Parking.

Parking is not provided for vendors. All vendors are responsible for securing and paying for their own parking.

Parking on Miracle Mile is strictly prohibited after load-in. Vehicles must be moved immediately to a paid garage or lot after unloading. Any vehicle remaining on Miracle Mile will be towed at the owner’s expense.

SAFETY AND SECURITY

Although security will be provided at all times, exhibitors are responsible for their own materials, as the organizers of Carnaval on the Mile, including Kiwanis of Little Havana and Miami Friendors, are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen property. Please ensure your booth is staffed at all times during open hours.

Security will be provided 24-hours a day. Overnight security will be present on Saturday along with a roaming crew.
