LOAD-IN

All exhibitors must wait until the close of event (7:30 PM Sunday) to begin load out. The streets will NOT open. You are HIGHLY encouraged to bring a wagon for load out. 

Exhibitor Information

Please read all tab information carefully.

LOAD-IN

Load-in begins Saturday, March 7th at 4:00am. All cars must be cleared from Miracle Mile by 7:00am. The street will be shut down at this time. If your vehicle remains on the street, it will be towed.  

Miracle Mile in Coral Gables will be closed to traffic flow from Le Jeune Road (SW 42nd Avenue) through Douglas Road.
Exhibitor entrance points will be at Salzedo Street (North Entrance) and the Galiano (South Entrance). Vehicle Vendor passes must be displayed on your vehicles dashboard. Click here to download the Vehicle Vendor Pass. Your phone number must be manually written

Booth Space numbers 00 through 56 will enter through Salzedo North. Booth space numbers 57 through 133 will enter through Galiano South. See Booth Assignment tab for more information regarding your booth number. 

Upon entering the festival grounds in your vehicle, you will check in with a Miami Friendors representative who will be stationed at the entrance.

ASSIGNED ARRIVAL TIMES (MANDATORY)
To prevent traffic congestion on Miracle Mile, all exhibitors have been assigned staggered arrival times. Please arrive only at your designated time. Vehicles must be fully unloaded and cleared from the street by 7:00 AM.

Exhibitors may drive up to their assigned booth space to unload their products. Parallel park your vehicle directly in front of your booth space on a parking spot refraining from parking on the street to allow for other exhibitors to pass. 

After unloading and before setup of the booth storefront, exhibitors MUST park their vehicles and return to their booth space to begin their display; please see "Parking" tab for additional information regarding where to park. Street Parking on Miracle Mile is prohibited. 

 
There will be bagels from Einsteins Bagels and American coffee provided to exhibitors beginning at 8:00am at the Kiwanis of Little Havana tent. 

Your booth storefront must be complete by 9:30am. All products must be contained inside your assigned booth space and bins/containers must be out of site, no exceptions.
