🌧️ Important Layout & Weather Update
First, apologies for the delay on getting over the set up information. We met with the parks team yesterday to go over the final logistics as changes had to be made due to the rain. The rain has caused some puddles in the vendor area and we have been working to make sure no vendor is set up in a puddle.

Day-of Flexibility: Please note that vendor spots may change the day of. We must take into account that it might rain from now till the time of the event and things may look different the day of. We appreciate your patience as we adjust layout spaces to keep everyone dry!
⏱️ Setup & Breakdown Timeline

10:00 AM – Official Check-In & Setup Begins: Vendor setup officially starts at this time. Upon arrival, all vendors must check in at the Miami Friendors tent to receive their space assignment. No tent or display may be erected prior to check-in and space assignment.

11:20 AM – Arrival Deadline: Vendors must be present and fully set up before opening to ensure the safety of all attendees. Late arrivals may not be allowed to participate.

12:00 PM – Market Opens: The market officially opens to the public.

5:00 PM – Market Closes & Breakdown Begins: The market concludes. Vendors are required to stay for the full duration of the event; early departure is not permitted.
🚨 Strict Logistics & Requirements
To ensure compliance with park regulations and a beautiful presentation, all vendors must strictly adhere to these rules:

Space & Display: You are allocated a 10x10 vendor space and must use white tents only.

Tents & Safety: Tent weights are highly recommended, and absolutely no stakes are allowed in the ground.

Waste & Supplies: No styrofoam containers are permitted. Vendors must bring their own trash cans to maintain their space.

Assignments: Spots are explicitly assigned by Miami Friendors staff. No spot saving is allowed.
⚠️ Compliance Notice: Violations will result in immediate removal from the event without refund and potential disqualification from future events.
📦 Parking, Connectivity & Amenities

No Wi-Fi / No Electricity: There is no electricity and no Wi-Fi available on-site. Cellular service can also be unreliable at this waterfront location, so please ensure you are prepared to process payments offline. Quiet generators are permitted if you require power.

Parking Fee: Full-day parking is available at the park for $10.70 per vehicle. We highly recommend bringing a wagon or trolley to help transport your items from your vehicle to your booth space.

Restrooms & Booth Sitting: Restrooms will be available. If you need a quick break, a Miami Friendors representative can assist if you need someone to watch your booth temporarily.
