Setup Information
Hi, Friendor!
On behalf of The Berry Farm and Miami Friendors, we are excited to welcome you to the Harvest Festival Artisan Market! We’re thrilled to have you join us for this family-friendly event that brings together local makers, artisans, and the community.
The Harvest Festival will be held every weekend from October 3 through November 1 at 13720 SW 216th St, Miami, FL 33170.
Market Hours:

Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Vendor setup begins at 7:00 AM)

Sundays: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Vendor setup begins at 7:00 AM)

Here's Everything You Need To Know!

Important Details and Reminders:

Vendors are required to bring their own tent and tent weights and own tent weights.

Please carefully review the map, to locate where you can park to unload.

DO NOT drive on any turf!

The Event will run from open to close. Vendors are required to be there the whole duration of the event.

Set-up will begin at

Saturdays: 7:00 AM

Sundays: 7:00 AM

Breakdown begins at

Saturdays: 6:30 PM and must be cleared out by 7:30PM

Sundays: 7:00 PM and must be cleared out by 8:00PM

For the safety of all, vendors’ vehicles may not re-enter the farm until approved by a manager.

Vendors are to bring their own tent, tent weights, chairs, tables, tablecloth, and any other items to set up your “storefront”; please be mindful of your “neighbor” tent(s). Important note: Vendors must bring weights for their tents, as heavier weights are required for the event. This safety measure ensures the protection of items and everyone present. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in the vendor being denied access to the event and asked to leave.

If you require power, please bring a long extension cord.

Wear comfortable, walking shoes.

Vendors are allowed to bring one additional guest at no cost.

Vendors receive 20% off all dining throughout the day.

Please see the attached map, as well as the corresponding assigned tent numbers (below). Your tent space and number will be displayed on the field with cones.
ALL guests entering the premises are required to fill out the waiver. A member of our team will be checking this during setup time. Please find the link below.
