On behalf of City of Sunrise and Miami Friendors, we are excited to welcome you to the Small Business Saturday! We’re thrilled to have you join us for this family-friendly event that brings together local makers, artisans, food vendors, and the community.

This event takes place from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM at 2260 NW 68th Ave., Sunrise, FL 33313 on November 29, 2025

LOAD IN AND OUT

Address: 2260 NW 68th Ave., Sunrise, FL 33313

Time: 9:00AM to 2:00PM
Upon arrival, all vendors must check in with Raquel
Setup Time: Begins at 7:00 AM for food trucks and 8:00 AM for tent vendors

Breakdown Time: Starts at 2:00 PM (vendors must be completely cleared out by 3:00 PM).

Setup and Breakdown Timeline
- 7:00 AM – Vendor Truck Arrival and Setup
- 7:30 AM – Official Check-In for Tent Vendors
- 8:00 AM – Food Truck Inspection
- 8:40 AM – Setup Time Completed
- 9:00 AM – Market Opens
- 2:00 PM – Market Closes + Breakdown Begins

No tent or display may be erected prior to check-in and space assignment.

Violations will result in immediate removal from the event without refund and potential disqualification from future events.

Spots are assigned by Miami Friendors staff. No spot saving is allowed.
Free on-site parking is available. The street will be closed to traffic starting at 7:00AM. Nearby parking is available, and we recommend bringing a wagon or trolley to help transport items to your booth.

Vendors must be present and fully set up by 8:40 AM. This is to ensure the safety of all attendees. Late arrivals may not be allowed to participate.
Vendors are required to stay for the full duration of the event. Early departure is not permitted.
Restrooms will be available. A Miami Friendors representative can assist if you need someone to watch your booth.

Miami Friendors and City of Sunrise are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

LICENSING AND COMPLIANCE

For the Village Art Plaza Events, everything outlined in our blog applies directly to you. Vendors selling food must have either a valid Food Cottage Law certificate or a DBPR food license. While food insurance and arts-and-crafters insurance are not required, they are recommended to protect your business.

Please note for food trucks and tents that there will be $125 inspection fee when you use a propane.

BOOTH SETUP

Vendors are provided a 10×10 booth space and are responsible for bringing their own tents (with proper weights), tables, chairs, and any needed weather protection. Tent walls are highly recommended to help shield products from the elements. Tent rental isn’t available. We kindly ask that booths remain clean and professional throughout the event to keep the market looking its best.

For food and beverage vendors: please wear food safe gloves when handling any ready to eat items, and change gloves between tasks, especially after handling money or nonfood items. To keep service smooth and sanitary, set up a separate payment area (or designate a cashier) away from food and beverage prep and serving, and never use the same gloves for both payments and food handling.

Styrofoam and plastic bags are prohibited (City of Sunrise policy).
Alcohol, CBD products, and profanity are strictly prohibited.
Open flame cooking, food trucks, paper bag, electic warmer and on-site cooking are allowed.
Electricity is not available. You may bring a generator if necessary.
Music at low volumes is allowed.

We love being able to share your booths, products, and market experience on our Stories. It helps promote your business while giving our audience a real feel for the event. In order for us to repost your tagged content, please make sure it aligns with the following guidelines:

Mention the name of the market you are participating in.
Clearly include the market date and time either as text or spoken in the video.
Make sure your products are shown clearly, whether through still photos or video.
If you are recording a video, move the camera slowly to help viewers take in the details.
Clean, well-lit visuals are important. Please avoid blurry content, poor lighting, or distracting filters and stickers.
Share real, on-site content from your booth, including guests is great too.
Avoid sharing static flyer graphics, text-heavy posts, or unrelated content.
Remain aligned with the community feel of the market.
