Hi, Friendor!
On behalf of The Berry Farm and Miami Friendors, we are excited to welcome you to the 6th Annual Winter Festival! We’re thrilled to have you join us for this family-friendly event that brings together local makers, artisans, food vendors, and the community.
The Winter Festival, will be held every weekend from November 22 to December 28, 2025 takes place at 13720 SW 216th St, Miami, FL 33170.

Saturdays: 4:00PM – 10:00PM

Sundays: 4:00PM – 8:30PM

Here's Everything You Need To Know!

Important Details and Reminders:

Vendors are required to bring their own tent and tent weights. Vendors renting tents should bring their own tent weights.

Please carefully review the map, to locate where you can park to unload.

DO NOT drive on any turf!

The Event will run from open to close. Vendors are required to be there the whole duration of the event.

Set-up will begin at

Saturdays: 2:00 PM

Sundays: 2:00 PM

Breakdown begins at

Saturdays: 10:00 PM and must be cleared out by 11:00PM

Sundays: 8:30PM and must be cleared out by 9:30PM

. Small business vendors must be set-up by 3:50 PM.

If you arrive, after opening, which is 4:00 PM, you will not be able to drive your car to your tent. We highly recommend all vendors bring a wheeling cart.

For the safety of all, vendors’ vehicles may not re-enter the farm until approved by a manager.

Vendors are to bring their own tent, tent weights, chairs, tables, tablecloth, and any other items to set up your “storefront”; please be mindful of your “neighbor” tent(s). Important note: Vendors must bring weights for their tents, as heavier weights are required for the event. This safety measure ensures the protection of items and everyone present. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in the vendor being denied access to the event and asked to leave.

If you require power, please bring a long extension cord.

Wear comfortable, walking shoes.

Vendors are allowed to bring one additional guest at no cost.

Vendors receive 20% off all dining throughout the day.

ALL guests entering the premises are required to fill out the waiver. A member of our team will be checking this during setup time. Please find the link below.
