On behalf of Miami Friendors, it is our utmost pleasure to welcome you to The Matriarch’s Market: A Mother’s Day Garden Affair—a most charming and thoughtfully curated gathering set within the enchanting grounds of Miami Ironside. ​

 

A Note on the Festivities:

While we initially sought the sky as our canopy, the clouds have signaled a potential downpour this Sunday. Therefore, we have taken the initiative to move the market completely indoors to the venue's larger event space. All activities shall now take place within these more spacious and sheltered quarters, ensuring our affair remains as comfortable as it is distinguished. ​

 

We are positively delighted to have you join us, where guests shall now wander through our indoor promenade, discover local treasures, and celebrate the season in the most delightful company, quite safe from the elements. ​

 

Within this page, you shall find all essential details regarding your setup and participation. We kindly ask that you review each carefully, so your arrival and presentation may be as seamless and elegant as the occasion itself. ​

Load-in begins Sunday, May 3rd, 2026 at 9:00am. To prevent traffic congestion on NE 4th ST, all vendors have been assigned staggered arrival times. Please arrive only at your designated time. Vehicles must be fully unloaded and cleared from the street by 10:30 AM.

Exhibitors may drive up to the unloading zone to unload their products. After unloading and before setup of the booth storefront, exhibitors MUST park their vehicles and return to their booth space to begin their display; please see "Parking" tab for additional information regarding where to park.  
 
Your booth storefront must be complete by 10:45AM. All products must be contained inside your assigned booth space and bins/containers must be out of site, no exceptions. Doors open at 11:00am.

Important Setup & Loading Info:

  • Priority Loading: The front load-in zones are strictly reserved for vendors arriving at their specifically assigned times.

  • Arrival Flexibility: You may arrive any time before 10:15 AM; however, if you arrive outside your scheduled window, you must use an alternate entrance to load in. 

  • Hard Deadline: The main load-in doors close promptly at 10:30 AM. No entry will be permitted through this area after that time until the market has ended. 

  • Equipment: We highly recommend bringing a wagon to assist with your move-in.
